The Journal of Muhammad Medical College (JMMC) encourages research dissemination and allows authors to self-deposit their work in institutional or other repositories.

Authors may share the original, pre-peer-review version of their manuscript as a preprint at any time, without restriction. Once a manuscript is accepted, authors may share the title, author list, affiliations, and abstract, but not the full accepted manuscript, until the article is formally published by JMMC. After publication, the final Version of Record may be shared or deposited in any repository, with full citation to JMMC under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This policy ensures that authors retain the right to archive and share their work in compliance with open-access mandates.
